If you own a Ford vehicle you may be affected by this recall. According to CBS News, Ford recently announced a recall that affects over 1.3 million vehicles that are primarily located in North America. The recall was issued mainly due to problems with rear suspension and transmission control software.

I have to take a moment to say thank you to Jim Van Dyke's Automotive & Tire center. A few weeks ago I was on my way to the gym when I heard a loud noise from the front left side of my car. I took it to a tire shop, but they couldn't find anything wrong. Well then last Thursday on my way to work the noise in the front end got worse. On Friday I took it out to Jim Van Dyke's instead and ask them to look at it. So Shawn (one of the staff members) got in my car, and we drove it so he could hear the noise. Once we finished driving it, he got out and looked at the front left side and found that I had a broken spring coil that the other place didn't notice, which makes me believe they didn't even look at my car. A broken spring coil is dangerous to be driving on. So I made an appointment for them to fix it and dropped off this past Tuesday afternoon and had it back by yesterday morning at 10:30 am.
