I was looking for someone to do my maintenance flushes on my 2015 Kia Optima. Many places flat said no that they do not service a Kia. That came from 4 places and 1 that I normally go to is extremely far behind, but they would have done it, but months out. So I found this place advertised. Called last week and less than a week I was sitting in their shop watching my car get what I asked for through a window. Number one they were reasonable, very reasonable if you figure what taking it back to Kia in Beavercreek was going to charge plus the drive up there and the roads are tore up in Beavercreek. I am not a fan of road closure and trying to find things. Number two I saw that they did what they were told to, not just (oh yea we did that) and you don't know, these folks did do the work. Number three they were extremely nice. Number 4 they have a waiting room that is spotless. Only one thing on that (please turn up the heat a touch it was cold in there) but I can't find fault with that, that was just a suggestion. And Number five I am happy to now have a place to go to that I feel is honest. That makes you feel so much relief. My car has been babied and looks beautiful inside and out, and now I know they will baby it and keep it that way.

I have used Van Dykes many times over the years and highly recommend them. Great staff and stand behind their work. Recently had work done and one thing done was a replacement door handle on the exterior. Unfortunately about 2 or 3 weeks later the handle snapped off again. Got ahold of them, they scheduled it in right away, had back to me in a couple hours, no charge.

I have to take a moment to say thank you to Jim Van Dyke's Automotive & Tire center. A few weeks ago I was on my way to the gym when I heard a loud noise from the front left side of my car. I took it to a tire shop, but they couldn't find anything wrong. Well then last Thursday on my way to work the noise in the front end got worse. On Friday I took it out to Jim Van Dyke's instead and ask them to look at it. So Shawn (one of the staff members) got in my car, and we drove it so he could hear the noise. Once we finished driving it, he got out and looked at the front left side and found that I had a broken spring coil that the other place didn't notice, which makes me believe they didn't even look at my car. A broken spring coil is dangerous to be driving on. So I made an appointment for them to fix it and dropped off this past Tuesday afternoon and had it back by yesterday morning at 10:30 am.
