My window would not go up and it was 20 degrees out. I took a chance and drove over when they opened hoping I could get in, they took the car in and gave me a ride to work. Thanks Shawn for getting me in so quickly and I enjoyed the warm ride home with a working window that goes up and down. - Tim M.
